From past experience, Netherlands is one of the most beautiful country i have been to except I can't stand the weather, it's too cold for me for an Asian, especially when I suffered from leg sickness( fell into Ice lake). I need to keep wearing warm tights/leggings (sensitive to wool and cotton) to keep my leg warm even when I'm in topical countries. In cold countries like Europe and Japan, I usually wear those tights they have for men.

Will I able to find that too in Netherlands? Any suggestion to keep my leg warm? Thanks
