Diane stayed in Kavos from the 27th Aug 2007 to 10th Sept 2007. She didn't like the hotel she was staying in but she found the food in British International to be superb. She also met a couple of Greeks she found them to be very pleasant.
Lefkimmi Hotel: Recommended: NO Rating: 0/10
What a mistake this one was the hotel is basic and for the money i didnt expect any thing more but the rooms are not keep up to a ymca standard 32 deg it was when we arrived i expected the bed sheets to be changed at least once that week no chance same with the towels the bath room when we arrived absolutly reeeeeked of sewerage so my 1st purchase was a bottle of disinfectant and air freshener what a way to start.
The owners of this hotel i presume are Theo and Magarete what a pair Theo shouts all day long at his staff and his guests in broken English margarete is so unpleasant it is painful to watch she does not make eye contact with you and tells the pr girls to get hold of the guests arms and drag them in to the tango bar which is connected to the hotel,on reception there is a girl named marie she is a prime example of this hotel doesn't want to know you and you feel if you ask any questions you are being classed as a nuicence on the other hand jenny ellie and yannie make your holiday for you they are such pleasant people i hope and pray that they are a true representation of the Greek people .
The best place to go for superb food is the British International along the main strip in Kavos as the owners there Louisa and Issac are Brilliant and so are the staff i was sorry to say good bye to them they looked after my husband and i for the whole 2 weeks.
